Refund Policy Details
Unopened and Unused Products
Eligible unopened and unused products returned within 30 days of delivery may qualify for a refund.
Opened Products
Requests involving opened products will be reviewed through our Medical Team process to ensure customers receive appropriate product support and usage guidance.
Shipping Costs
If your order didn't qualify for free shipping, we'll refund the product price, but shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee of $9.99 may apply.
Returns Outside the 30-Day Window
These returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of our Customer Care Manager.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and reviewed, approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
